The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activities. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally competent partnership that acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activities when entering into a legal transaction.
The purchase contract is concluded with ESSDconsulting B.V.
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract are: German, English, French, Spanish. We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs may be incurred. You can find more detailed information about any possible shipping costs with the offers. We only deliver by shipment. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
When you submit your order, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
PayPal
In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal services. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via PayPal Plus does not require registration with PayPal. Further instructions can be found with the respective payment option and in the ordering process.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment option, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected PayPal customers according to their own criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these methods; any individually offered payment methods relate to your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please see your PayPal account.
Credit Card via PayPal
Your card will be charged by PayPal after the goods are shipped.
Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment order. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. Further instructions can be found in the ordering process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function activated, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment order. iDeal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Currence iDEAL B.V., Beethovenstraat 300, 1077 WZ Amsterdam, Netherlands ("iDeal"), you must have an online banking-enabled bank account with a Dutch credit institution, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment order. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. Further instructions can be found in the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further instructions can be found in the ordering process.
Purchase on Account and Financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the purchase on account and installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase are only available for consumers and that the payment must be made to Klarna.
Klarna Installment Purchase
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least €6.95). Klarna Invoice
When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment term of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your legal rights and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
