We understand that preferences can change. That's why we offer hassle-free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Choose the option that works best for you:
Returns from outside the EU will need to go through customs. The duty costs for returning the products will be deducted from the refund amount that is transferred to the customer. This applies to countries such as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, etc.
In cases where the chosen glasses differ in price, we'll reach out to you. If the replacement is more expensive, we'll request payment. If it's less expensive, we'll initiate a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gunnar Europe/ESSD Consulting B.V., Surinameplein 6, 1058 GP Amsterdam, Netherlands, [email protected], Phone: +31(0)626308056) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Fulfilment Enschede - Monta (Ingenieur Hanlostraat 15, 7547 RD Enschede, Netherlands), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Warranty
The GUNNAR non-prescription warranty policy covers products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. You are automatically eligible for GUNNAR warranty when you make a purchase on www.gunnar-optiks.eu. No registration required.
Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under GUNNAR warranty. Any damages caused by accidents, neglect, improper use or improper storage are also not covered under warranty. Warranty claims may only be made on the originally purchased product and from the original purchase date. There is no warranty coverage provided by GUNNAR OPTIKS EUROPE when an item is not purchased on www.gunnar-optiks.eu.
To file a claim, you’ll need to send an email to [email protected] and mention the problem, your order number or invoice number and the purchase date. Once you submit your claim, our team will review and notify you of your approval or denial within 3-5 business days.
While your claim is under review, please do not throw away your GUNNAR glasses, as we may need to follow up or request additional photos.
