14-Day Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
Conditions:
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and undamaged.
The return (including shipping costs) is the responsibility of the customer
Use a trackable shipping method; we are not liable for items lost during return transit
To initiate a return, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. You’ll receive instructions for return processing.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund.

Returns After 14 Days (Up to 30 Days)
Returns requested after 14 days, but within 30 days of delivery, are still accepted under the following conditions:
A partial refund of 80% of the product value will be issued
Items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility
Returns after 30 days are not accepted unless the item is covered under warranty
Prescription Products – Final Sale
All prescription products are custom-made and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect under warranty
Promotional Items
If your order included free promotional items (e.g., gifts with purchase or bundles):
These items must be returned with the main product
If promotional items are not returned, only 50% of the original order value will be refunded
Warranty – 2-Year Legal Guarantee (EU)
All purchases made through gunnar-optiks.eu are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection law
This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from gunnar-optiks.eu
Items purchased elsewhere (e.g., other retailers or websites) are not covered by this warranty and must be returned through the original seller

Manufacturing and material defects
Non-conformity with advertised features or performance
Not covered:
Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
